Curriculum: overviewThe programme is a combination of four main components: the residential courses, the research project, the dissertation and the portfolio, for a total of 60 ECTS. The programme is designed as a part-time curriculum to be taken in two years, but can be taken in a flexible order to suit individual circumstances.
The Summer Courses and the Seminars are intensive sessions of one week, that bring the faculty and the students together in a productive and informal atmosphere.
The central part of the programme is the individual research project under supervision of a member of the Board.
The core component of the Master's dissertation is formed by the research paper. A key requirement for graduation is that the research paper must be published in a peer reviewed journal.
Throughout the programme the students must keep a portfolio of their scientific output.
